Drew Wilson-Fyall

Founder

Founder and a proud Fleetwood native. Drew brings a wealth of experience from her work in a local high school as SEN support and a key worker. Her professional expertise and deep personal connection to our community drive our mission. Drew has known Rebecca and Nicola for years, and together, their shared vision led to the creation of Anchor 1:1 to offer personalised, local support.

Rebecca Mangan

Co-founder

Co-Founder and a Fleetwood local. As a personal assistant and a parent of a child with SEN, Rebecca offers invaluable empathy and firsthand insight into the challenges families navigate. Her experience supporting young people with high-level additional needs empowers them to build confidence and access the right support.

Nicola Cropper

Co-founder

Co-Founder, a Fleetwood teacher and youth trust worker. With a background in SEN-focused schools and as a parent of a child with SEN, Nicola combines professional knowledge with personal understanding. She is dedicated to providing tailored support that makes a real difference.
