A lighthouse for local families
As three women who grew up in Fleetwood, we’ve seen first hand the challenges that young people and families often face - especially around education, confidence, and finding the right support. Our personal experiences, along with our shared understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN), led us to create Anchor 1:1.
We offer something truly personal: dedicated one‑to‑one support that recognises the individuality of every young person and family we work with. Our approach is rooted in genuine connection — building trust, offering clear guidance, and creating a safe, welcoming space where people feel listened to and understood. It’s a level of care and consistency that can sometimes be missing in larger services, and it’s what makes Anchor 1:1 different.
